Help Alina undergo bone marrow transplantation!

Alina

Alina’s problems with her health started in 2011 when she was just 4 years old. She was noted to have a low platelet count and diagnosed with chronic relapsing thrombocytopenic purpura, a disorder of immune system that causes it to attack platelets. By 2015, her disease transformed into aplastic anemia – a disease of bone marrow in which not enough new blood cells are made by the body. None of the treatments Alina received by then had much effect. Her life depended on regular transfusions of blood products. The doctors determined that Alina needs bone marrow transplantation from a donor to give her a chance to live.
Alina’s parents located a hospital in Bonn, Germany that offered to locate a matching donor and perform transplantation. The cost of the procedure far exceeds Alina’s family financial means. They will appreciate any help.
